I was so excited to try a new technique I learned in a Stampaway class taught by Jennifer McGuire... and I'm even more excited that it worked!!! By adding chalk ink to the debossed side of an embossing folder before running it through the machine, plain white cardstock becomes colored everywhere except on the raised image. This is how I created the blue polka dotted background. The image is Oh Boy Ian from the Greeting Farm, colored with Copics. This week I'm entering this card in a Cas-ual Fridays embossing challenge and also the Lily pad sketch challenge sponsored by Greeting Farm.

CFC#16/Lily Pad sketch
